MANDATORY AND RECOMMENDED MATERIAL:
HEADLAMP
• Until 4pm, runners may leave aid station 5 (Vall-llobrega) without a headlamp.
• Between 4pm and 4:30pm, carrying a headlamp is recommended.
• From 4:30pm onwards, the headlamp will be mandatory.
• Runners without a headlamp after this time will not be allowed to continue the race.
LIFE BAGS
• There will be life bag options at both Pou de Glaç and Vall-llobrega.
• You may prepare one bag or two, depending on what is most convenient for you.
• You must clearly indicate on each bag the name of the aid station where it should go, and it must be clearly visible.
HEADLAMP OPTIONS
• You can place your headlamp in a life bag at Vall-llobrega or at Pou de Glaç.
• If you do not prepare a bag, your external assistance may bring the headlamp to Vall-llobrega, as this point has easy access.
BAG DROP-OFF
• During the Friday bib collection, there will be designated boxes where you can leave your bag or bags.
Mandatory material: it is the participant’s responsibility to assess which material is recommended to bring (Exception: AV5 From 4:30pm onwards, the headlamp will be mandatory).
Recommended gear: cup or bottle, mobile phone, thermal blanket, and any other essentials to cope with sudden weather changes due to the current climate emergency.
Signposted route with red Klassmark recycled fabric and indicative signs.
