A COMMITMENT TO FAIR PLAY

The Traka and the pursuit of honest gravel

At Klassmark, we believe in a sport that’s authentic, ethical, and rooted in personal effort. We don’t just organise races — we create spaces where the community can grow through respect, equal opportunity, and human values.

That’s why in 2025, we took an important step forward: we introduced anti-doping controls at The Traka as a clear commitment to transparency and fair play within the gravel community.

As part of The Traka 2025, official anti-doping tests were carried out on selected participants, in accordance with the World Anti-Doping Code established by the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA).

This action was conducted following internationally recognised procedures and protocols, ensuring a fair, clean sport aligned with the core values of cycling.

As an international gravel race series, the Gravel Earth Series is fully committed to working with relevant authorities and promoting ethical competition at all its events. Implementing anti-doping controls is a reflection of the seriousness and rigour with which our races are organised.

The controls were conducted during the event, and we can confirm that all results came back negative — a fact we proudly share, as it reaffirms what we already believed: that this sport is, at its core, honest and noble.

It’s not just about results. It’s about principles. At Klassmark, fair play is not optional. True pride doesn’t come from winning, but from winning with integrity.

Thank you to all the athletes who believe in our vision of sport. Let’s keep pedalling toward the future we want.
